The contest is open to legal residents of the USA, 18 years of age or older, who resident within the KOLR10/KSFX viewing area. Employees of KOLR10/KSFX Ozarks Fox/OzarksFirst.com as well as Ozarks Dr. Pepper along with their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Some restrictions apply, including, but not limited to one entry per person per week. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
Contest winners will be selected at random each week from 8/29/08-10/31/08. The selection is final. There is no substitution of prizes as offered. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Where applicable, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photograph for promotional purposes without consideration of additional compensation. All entries become the property of KOLR10/OzarksFirst.com. Incomplete entries are void. The winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases.
